PRESCHOOL VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2011
Bible School will be for children that have completed Prschool I, Preschool II, and Kindergarten Sunday School and will be held June 19-23, 2011 from 5:45-7:30 p.m.  Please turn in this registration form by Sunday, May 1, 2011 to the church office.  If you have any questions, please call Sandy at 256-2771.

DAY CAMP 2011
Day Camp will be for youth who have completed Grade 1-5 (as of 5/11).  It will be July 11-14, 2011 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and held at the Lake County 4-H grounds at a cost of $20 each or a family maximum of $40.  Please turn in this registration form by Sunday, May 1, 2011 to the church office.  If you have questions, please call Sandy at 256-2771.
